In response to feedback we have received from prospective clients, we are offering a new 1600 square foot Horseshoe model for $294,900.  Still three bedrooms and 2 baths in  a split bedroom plan, we have reduced the standard amenities a bit but absolutely have not changed the quality.

Elk Springs is a gated community of 43 semi-custom homes on a heavily treed 14 acres halfway between Show Low and Pinetop/Lakeside.   Within ½ mile to the north is Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Navopache Hospital.  Adjacent to Elk Springs is a lowland grassy meadow that is frequented by elk and occasionally deer and forms a natural buffer to the north and east, ensuring privacy.  Show Low Lake is less than ½ mile to the east.

 

The homes will be site built by F&M Construction, owned by Kevin Funk.  Kevin has been building homes in the White Mountains for the last 25 years and is arguably the highest quality contractor in the area.  Kevin typically builds higher end custom homes in subdivisions such as Torreon and Mountain Gate and is a stickler for detail and quality.

 

There are five models to choose from ranging in size from a 1,600 square foot, three bedroom,  two bath home to a 2,508 square foot, three bedroom plus study & three bath home.  Each floorplan has two elevations and can be customized with three different cedar sidings, each with four different colors, and several different roof choices, metal and shingle.

 

The amenities that are standard in an Elk Springs home include several features that are typically upgrades in other builder’s homes, such as log accents, wood floors, gourmet kitchens, natural gas burning stone fireplaces with log mantel, large covered decks, and concrete driveways.  We are very proud of the quality of our product and invite you to really compare these homes to the competition.  You will be assured that your decision to own a home in Elk Springs is the right one from every perspective.
