Floorplans
There are five basic floorplans to choose from. The Horseshoe is the smallest with three bedrooms and two baths in 1,600 square feet. The other four have have split plan three bedrooms and two, or two and a half baths, with an extra room for an office, den or dining room. All homes in Elk Springs will also have at least a two car garage, and the Sunrise has a three car garage. Our homes have cedar siding, log accents, covered decks and a gas burning stone fireplace with log mantel for a mountain look and feel.
The amenities that are standard include several features that are typically upgrades in other subdivisions. We want every house in Elk Springs to have a quality feel and have appointed the basic models as most builders would their top end. Elk Springs homes are the best value in the White Mountains!
