We have slashed the prices to meet the economic conditions and added a fifth model, the Horseshoe.  These prices will not last, but we will sell two, maybe three homes to keep the crews busy.  It sounds trite, but there will never be a better time to buy.  A  new house with these quality features at short sales prices!  And no "surprises" left by a disgruntled former owner. Elk Springs is filling in.  Ten homes are built, we will break ground on another in August.  The landscaping is still developing and looks very good, but won't appear fully mature for another year. The models are beautifully decorated by Home Expressions and are open from 10:00 to 5:00 every day but Tuesday and Wednesday, when we are closed but we can meet you at the Sales Office at any time with a little notice.
