Elk Springs Site Plan and Lot pictures:   Entrance into Elk Springs is off of White Mountain Boulevard, or Highway 260.  The entrance sweeps between two rock faced walls and past the gated entry into the subdivision.  The road loops through Elk Springs and exits again at the gate.  The land between Elk Springs and White Mountain Boulevard is planned to be developed into a light medical plaza.  In the southeast corner is another entrance/exit into Elk Springs, but for use in an emergency only and is blocked with a break-away barrier.  Elk Springs is on a natural gently crowned swell of land, so water drains off in all directions.  To the east and to the north are grassy meadows.  Most of the lots have several Ponderosa pines.   Click here to see the Site Plan.       Click here to see pictures of the Lots and land.
